Lush Happy Daze

If you follow me on Instagram (you can find me here if you don't), you'll have seen that last month I left my job at my local hospital in preparation for my return to university. On my last day, the team were kind enough to send me off with some gifts, including this Lush Happy Daze gift box. They know me so well! I thought I'd share the contents on here today - we're all Lush fans here right?

I've seen these gift boxes in store on plenty of occasions, but I'd never bought or received one of these big ones. When I picked this out of the bag, I was so grateful, and couldn't wait to get it home and see what was inside. The psychedelic packaging just made me know that the items inside would be some fun offerings, and I wasn't wrong!

First out of the box was the Fizzbanger Bath Bomb. This is such a fun bath bomb, with popping candy, and a delicious scent mix of citrus, apple and cinnamon - what a tasty combination right? I've used this bath bomb a couple of times before, and I'm looking forward to popping it into my bath soon.

Next up, we have the Brightside Bubble Bar. I love the Lush Bubble Bars, but this one isn't one I've tried before. Full of mandarin, bergamot and tangerine essential oils, this sounds like it'll be a gorgeously scented bath, really refreshing. I look forward to giving it a try.

Another bubble bar in the box, was the The Comforter Bubble Bar. Now this is a cult favourite for all Lush fanatics right? The distinctive blackcurrant scent that makes everyone think of Ribena? Surely we've all used it. I don't pick this one up as often as I should, but I'm sure a bath or two with this will reignite my love.

The final offering from the box, and perhaps the most interesting looking, is The Experimenter. This colourful bath bomb has been all over the blogosphere, and everyone has raved about it. I'll be honest, it's not my favourite scent, but it does make for a fun bath - watching the colours swirl and change is really entertaining.

I want to take this opportunity to thank the girls from the hospital, it's really appreciated. I couldn't have received a more me gift - they know me too well! I can't wait to give all these new Lush bits a try, it'll give me plenty of sweet smelling evenings I'm sure.

Have you tried any of these Lush items? Any I should run a bath and use first?

Love Lexie
