Fall Fashion

Hate to break it to you guys, but I think summer is well and truly over, and my favourite season is kicking in. There's something about autumn that really excites me - the crisp chill in the air, the changing colour of the leaves, the Pumpkin Spice Lattes. And autumn fashion is some of my favourite. To celebrate, I thought I'd share some outfit details for an autumn day spent lunching with some of my favourite blogger girls.

This weekend, the girls and I headed to Mango Thai Tapas in Southampton for a spot of lunch, and thankfully the sun was shining. September has seen temperatures drop a little, so the cardigans are back, which I'm quite pleased about. This white waterfall cardigan is a recent purchase from Primark. This was a total bargain (thank you Primark), and I can see it getting a lot of wear over the coming months. Underneath, I teamed it with a burgundy top from Boohoo, which I bought earlier in the year. I adore the colour for this time of year - you'll find it in both my wardrobe and my makeup bag. My favourite jeans over recent months have been these distressed Mom jeans, also from Boohoo. Admittedly, these started off in my sister's wardrobe, but when she no longer wanted them, I adopted them and I'm so glad I did. They have had a lot of wear already this year, and I know they'll continue to be my jean of choice for months to come. To complete the outfit, I added this simple brown bag and my favourite leopard print Keds by Oasis - I love these shoes!

Always get the giggles when I'm with my girls ❤️
Now, I know I'm no fashion icon, but I really liked this outfit, with its little nod towards the coming autumnal months. What are some of your autumn fashion favourites?

A massive thank you to Alice for your photo skills!

Love Lexie
