I picked up three colours this time around - all in the Trend Matters Velvet finish, all pinky purple tones. I loved the look of all the Trend Matters collection, but with summer poking its head up every few minutes, I thought these were the most season appropriate colours. First up, I bought Krushed Velvet, a red and gold pearl shade. This bold shade really caught my eye, as it had the pearlescent dimension, but still that velvet finish. I can see that this deep colour will get a lot of wear into the autumn and winter too.
Next up, I chose Kurtsey, a gorgeous periwinkle shade. I'll admit that this was the colour to catch my eye. I love pastel colours for Spring and Summer, and I think they really enhance a tan (albeit a fake one in my case). This paints on really nicely, and goes opaque with just two coats, something I really appreciate as some paler shades can require three or more. I've already chosen to paint my nails with this polish a couple of times, and I can see this quickly running out.
The final colour I picked up was Karma. This dark pink pearl shade is a great alternative to the baby pinks everyone rocks in the summer months. I'm not a great lover of really pale pink nails, so this was a welcome addition to my nail polish collection. It's a perfect pink nail for me, still bold like I like my nail polish colours.
So they are the three Kylie Jenner Sinful Colors nail polishes I picked up recently. Have you tried any? Are there any colours I should look out for next time?
Love Lexie
