Grace and Honey Candles

I love watching Becca's YouTube channel and learning about the different books she's read and loved.  I'm also a huge fan of candles, especially since moving into our flat, so when I saw Becca made her own candles, with a bookish theme, I knew I'd have to order at some point. And now with the winter weather finally closing in, a candle haul was 100% necessary, and I wanted to share which candles I picked up with you!

Cosy Fall Reads was the candle to really first grab my attention. I'm a sucker for all things autumnal and limited edition and this ticked all the boxes. With a blend of lemon, pumpkin, nutmeg and ginger, over base notes of maple sugar and vanilla, this candle sounds like a description of me. I adore the sweet, spicy candles and Cosy Fall Reads ticks every box. I can't wait to light this on a dark and drizzly autumn evening, while I snuggle up with my latest read.

I enjoy watching Game of Thrones (although I haven't finished the show, but have still managed to avoid most spoilers) and want to read the book series as some point, Winter Is Coming seemed like a good choice for my second candle purchase. This sounded like the ideal winter candle, with orange, clove and lavender, over a base of frankincense, myrrh, vanilla and amber, with patchouli, sandalwood and cedarwood - can you get any more seasonal than that? I can't wait for winter to fully take hold so I can light this of an evening.

The final candle I chose was Slow Burn Romance. I'm a sucker for a romance novel, especially one I can get my teeth stuck into and watch develop. This sweet and spicy candle, scented with caramels and cinnamon, to make you think of doughnuts, sounds right up my street. I'm always drawn to the sweet, baked goods scents and this one just spoke to me. How could I turn it down?

Grace and Honey candles are all handmade by Becca, in small batches. Watching the process is one of my favourite parts of her weekly reading vlogs. The candles are made with all-natural soy wax, which is eco-friendly and burns cleaner than other waxes. I cannot wait to start burning these, curling up with my latest book under a blanket with a hot chocolate - talk about autumn vibes!

You can purchase Becca's candles, and body butters, here. You can also find her YouTube channel here - I love her Bookopoly videos!
